How to use PlanT!T Coco liquid tomato feed?

 Before opening, give the bottle a good shake and then dilute liquid tomato feed as follows: For young plants (rooted cuttings or seedlings) use 4 - 5ml per Liter of water. For mature plants, use 6 - 8ml per Liter of water.

Feed your plants whenever you water them, ensuring consistent nourishment.

You can use our Coco Tomato food throughout your plant's lifecycle and one litre bottle of Tomato Coco feed can produce at least 125 litres of nutrient solution – depending on your dosage rate.

The general rule is to always use diluted feed and never pour directly on plants.

Can you overfeed your plants with tomato feed?

Our liquid tomato food is not only safe to use on your plants, but if applied at the correct dosage it will provide optimal nourishment without causing harm. It isn’t economical to exceed the recommended dosage, as the plants cannot take up and use more feed than they require. PLANT!T Coco Tomato Feed provides the perfect balance of nutrients fostering healthy growth and vitality in your plants.

 How Often should you feed tomato plants?

 For plants grown hydroponically in coco coir, you should include Coco Tomato food whenever you water or top up your nutrient tank. If you grow in natural soil, however, see below.

Should I use Coco Tomato Feed for plants grown in soil?

When growing in natural soil, it is best to prepare the soil beforehand by adding compost, manure or other fertiliser to ensure an adequate supply of nutrients for the plants. Incorporating compost will also condition the soil to optimise aeration and drainage. To maximise the health and productivity of your plants, you can then use Tomato Feed as a periodic supplement (once a week when watering will suffice). However, we recommend PLANT!T Earth Tomato Feed for use with soil

 Do I need additional plant food or fertiliser for my tomatoes?

 No, PLANT!T Coco Tomato Food is a complete nutrient and provides all that your plants require. Growing tip: For even greater yields we can suggest a supplement of ‘Fruit Booster’which will increase yields and is particularly useful for Beefsteak tomatoes.

 Can you use tomato feed on any other plants?

Absolutely! Our tomato coco feed is not just limited to tomatoes, as the name may suggest. It can be used on a variety of plants such as cucumbers eggplants, and other nightshade vegetables.
